Ubuntu | nautilus-cd-burner

Summary: Keeps asking for a blank CD just before writing.
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: nautilus-cd-burner
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: vincent.trouilliez at modulonet.fr
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

When I put a blank CD, Nautilus detects it and open the CD cretor window. I drag
files into it, then ask it to burn them, it pops up the little dialog where I
enter the disc name, write speed etc, and then I click on "Write/burn" and....
it ask me to insert a blank CD, like suddenly it failed to sense that the blank
CD is of course already in the drive.
It seems to be a common problem as several people posted on the list and forum
about this issue. Luckily, a temporary workaround has been discovered : enable
overburning in the Nautilus-burner Gconf keys. Works perfectly.

This needs to be investigated so that it works out of the box, and without
overburning having to be turned on.
