I would like to confirm this behavior as well (with one exception). I do have
the same DVD/CD burner (Aopen DUW1608/ARR). I am able to burn ISO images using
GnomeBaker. When I right-click on the .iso file (or try to burn some random
files) the only option that I have available is to burn to "file image", the
drive itself is not available for selection. I guess this problem may be related
to the drive itself (the weird thing is that it works from GnomeBaker for me). I
hope that this can be fixed...
