I go to system menu, scroll over Preferences and Pref submenu pops out.  Then
when I (without ever stopping the mouse) put the mouse over Administration, the
Preferences submenu still shows and the Preferences menu item stays highlighted
for about 1 second before the Administration submenu pops out.

Machine:
P4 2.2 ghz, 512 mb ram, nvidia geforce 3.
This happens with nv and nvidia drivers.
OS is a new install (not upgrade from anything) of breezy.

This is happening to other people w/ different hardware (see ubuntuforums link)
