Installing a brand new Breezy release, I opened firefox, changed my Gnome theme
from the default to Clearlooks, resulting in the repeat arrows. I have
duplicated this on another machine. The stop button is again replaced when I
visit a site after the theme change, but the rest of the arrows remain.
