One task becomes part of five task lists

Here's a demonstration of what it looked like when the problem still existed.
Here I've got five new task lists, all of which started out empty. I clicked on
one of them, then clicked on the "Click to add a task" section, and typed in
"Try me". Voila -- instant creation of one task belonging to all five task
lists.

I think I've figured out what caused this, though, so I'll post my theory in a
separate comment.
