I spent 10 minutes looking for where the Manage Plugins menu in Evolution had
been moved to, not realizing that there was a separate evolution-plugins package
that was not installed.  I'm not sure if there was a separate package for Hoary
too.  If there was, I definitely had it installed.  Either way, I was surprised
not to have the plugins after upgrading.  Thanks
