Summary: Dvorak layout missing right alt
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: gnome-control-center
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: grethel at u.washington.edu
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

to reproduce (in hoary), start open keyboard preferences
(system->Preferences->keyboard) go to layouts tab and "reset to default".
Click add and select "Dvorak". Notice there is no Right alt key mapped in the
diagram, only a blank key where it should be.
When this keyboard is added, go to "layout options and ->Group Shift/Lock
behavior. The default is for both alt keys to toggle the group, so now pressing
both alt keys will switch from "USA" do "Dvo", but not back, because the Dvorak
map is missing the right alt key.
