Summary: Totem crashes if fglrx driver is in use
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: totem
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: nacho.vargas at gmail.com
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
                CC: nacho.vargas at gmail.com

If fglrx is in use (i.e. Driver "fglrx" in section "Device" at
/etc/X11/xorg.conf), Totem is not able to start. The error message is:

"The video output is in use by another application. Please close other video
applications, or select another video output in the Multimedia Systems Selector."

However, if I use the ati driver (Driver "ati" in section "Device" at
/etc/X11/xorg.conf) it works OK. My videocard is an ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 M9+
(RV250). I am using fglrx 8.16.20 downloaded from the ati page.
