I just talked with vlad (one of the mozilla developer), and the Type9 font code
is gone in Gecko-1.8/Firefox-1.5 so the output should work on PS1 and PS2
printers again.  The relevant bug report is here:

So for Dapper, the only change needed would be to remove the patch changing the
print command.
