------- Additional Comments From jeroen-91 at home.nl 2005-11-30 15:04 UTC -------
I remember talking with him on this bug on IRC. - = my comments

http://netz.smurf.noris.de/logs/freenode/2005/09/25/%23ubuntu-nl.html (Dutch)

Ppine said he has the idea an other session was still active, because Firefox
said the profile was already in use (-I don't think you can log into GNOME twice)
If he does ctrl-alt-f7 after ctrl-alt-f1 he sees a list of "processes running",
last one is "checking battery state" (-I think he just means the boot messages?)
He said he saw kernel error messages "in that tty", which are insmod error
messages of video modules. Something like "file already exists"
What he has changed on his system: put himself in group "Admin" instead of group
"ppine", hasn't done any other system changes.
