this is a wrong assumption.

"Summary: (?)
gnomebaker.desktop menu item has wrong category
The GnomeBaker menu item appears under "Accessories" in
the Gnome menu. This is inconsistent with every other
disc burning application out there, which appear under
"Sound & Video".

The freedesktop.org menu spec states that disc burning
applications should have

Categories=Application;AudioVideo;DiscBurning;
