I think I'm seeing this bug as well. (There seem to be a lot of similar ones on Bugzilla right now - duplicates?). My battery indicator randomly
switches between chargeing and battery on occasion, and the battery capacity suddenly drops to 0 and then back up. I'm running Breezy on a
TwinHead E12B notebook - it was fine under Hoary. Doing this:

$ while true; do grep "remaining capacity" /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state; done

gives something like this whilst discharging:

remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 192 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 1524 mWh
remaining capacity: 192 mWh
remaining capacity: 1523 mWh
remaining capacity: 1523 mWh

And this whilst charging:

remaining capacity: 1538 mWh
remaining capacity: 1538 mWh
remaining capacity: 128 mWh
remaining capacity: 1538 mWh
remaining capacity: 1538 mWh
remaining capacity: 1538 mWh
remaining capacity: 1538 mWh
remaining capacity: 1664 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 128 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1539 mWh
remaining capacity: 1540 mWh

Note spurious values of 128 and 192 respectively - these are repeatable.

I'm willing to help test any fixes with this.
