Summary: evolution has sendmail as default MTA, but postfix is
                    installed by default on ubuntu
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: evolution
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: stefano.costa at email.it
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
                CC: stefano.costa at email.it

in the "Sending mail" page of the account configuration, Evolution lets you
choose, among the other, also "Sendmail" as MTA for sending your mail. But on
Ubuntu sendmail is not installed by default, instead we have postfix (which
should also be better?). So someone may think he can send e-mail without need of
a SMTP server, but this won't work.
