When I run the workspace switcher applet, it crashes right away.  I get this
error on the command line:

/usr/lib/gnome-panel/wnck-applet: error while loading shared libraries:
/usr/lib/libwnck-1.so.16: R_PPC_REL24 relocation at 0x0ff77fc8 for symbol
`malloc' out of range
