When I open System->Preferences->Sound and open the Sound Events tab, all of the
subcatagories are expanded by default, and the window is too small to display
more than three items at a time.  To successfully navigate this dialog at all,
one must resize the window to a reasonable size, and collapse the less important
subcatagories like Gnect, Nibbles, and Robots.  These subcatagories should be
collapsed by default, so the user can choose what he wants to edit and see his
options quickly.
