Thank you for your bug report. At the moment, that documentation of GNOME is
from version 2.6, and Hoary runs version 2.10. However, though these docs will
be updated in the next version of Ubuntu, there is a workaround for Hoary users.

The workaround, SMEG, a Simple Menu Editor for GNOME, is described in more
detail here: http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=67 .
