gnome-theme-thumbnailer does not produce thumbnails anymore.
It worked a few time ago, but when I tried to choose another theme today I
noticed that the theme chooser dialog
fails to show the theme previews (I will post an attachment with the screenshot).
It seems that gnome-theme-thumbnailer is the failing one, as I cannot run it in
the commandline either. Example :

The bug is present for any user, so if some configuration messed up it's a
system config, not a user config.

As a note : I encountered this bug on another distro about a year ago, but I did
not find a solution.
