Epiphany crashed, launched bug buddy, I filled things in and went to "use
sendmail to send the report", clicked "next", a window popped up with a progress
bar going back and forth. After a few minutes getting nowhere I hit "cancel" and
nothing happened. Hitting the dialogue's close button (the WM one) closed it,
then there were errors on the console about the progress bar being null. I hit
"back" to get to the "save as text file" option, then decided to cancel as I've
already got a text file bug report of the same problem. Hitting close on the
bottom of the main window then didn't have any effect either, but again using
the WM to close the window did.

Expected results:
o) Hitting "cancel" should close the windows cleanly
o) Using the WM to close windows should also close /cleanly/ (currently there's
a mess as the app wants to update the no-longer-existant progress bar)
