I still think that's a bug. Let's consider the following maybe not even so uncommon scenario: I start a new project and know it'll be full time work over the next two weeks. Now i register a session with all my applications needed so that i can get straight to work whenever the system loads. When the project is finished i'll just register a new empty session to get things back to normal. Now workrave is totally unaffected by that. I want it running regardless of what i'm doing and what sessions i'm registering. You should notice workrave is a background app that sits in the systray, and there is really no need for it to be there twice. Now with the current situation i'd have to manually remove workrave from the starting apps, register a session while workrave is still running, and after the project is finished add it back into the starting apps. I think that's not the most elegant and user friendly way to do things.
