Summary: Removing all keyboard layouts break x/xkb forever
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: capplets
AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: surak at surak.eti.br
QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
I'm using Breezy live from jun 28.
If i run gnome-keyboard-properties, go to "layouts", and remove every available
layouts, a XKB error screen appears.
The main problem is, it keeps appearing forever. You can restart gdm, restart X,
no matter if you add layouts again, the xkb message keeps appearing.
Even reset to defaults will not work. If you reset to default, any changes you
make on layouts will raise the xkb error window again.
