Yes the zoom level of icons, not policy.
My version is nautilus2.10.0-0-ubuntu9 (hoary).

Under Debian this is working perfectly : when changing the zoom level it changes
the size of the icons and NOT the policy.
Under Ubuntu when I change the zoom level in icon mode, it changes the size of
the icons AND the size of the policy, which is quite awful.
As you can see on the picture, both policy and icons are reduced.

Contrary to what I said first, this is happening in the icons mode AND in the
list mode of nautilus where you can also resize the icons.

On Debian, this is a nautilus 2.8.2-2.

I put two other examples, one on Ubuntu (in list mod) and the other on Debian
(in icon mode)so that you can see the difference : on Ubuntu, the policy is
increasing with the size of icons, on Debian not.
