this issue could be fixed with this upload:

 gnome-vfs2 (2.11.3-0ubuntu1) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * Sync with Debian.
   * New upstream version:
     - Improvements to the hal-based volume/drive handling.
     - Common Internet File System now supports a trash volume.
     - xdgmime fixes (threading issues).
   * The type of drives to list can be configured with this version,
     the settings are under /system/storage/ with gconf.
   * debian/control.in:
     - updated the Build-Depends.
   * debian/defaults.list:
     - ubuntu ships this file with desktop-file-utils.
   * debian/libgnomevfs2-0.shlibs:
     - set to the current version.
   * debian/patches/02_get_volume_for_path.patch:
     - updated.
   * debian/patches/03_usr_share_gnome_applications.patch:
     - this change is not needed for ubuntu.
   * debian/patches/05_default-browser.patch:
     - default browser is firefox.
   * debian/patches/09_pmount.patch:
     - the new version has these changes.

   * debian/patches/15_always_eject.patch:
     - always use 'eject' to unmount any device. This will work much better
       with USB sticks (which are electrically turned off),
       iPods (which show that it is now safe to remove them) and so on.
   * debian/patches/16_preserve_timestamps.patch:
