I can now confirm that the bug is caused by Pango,
if you export MOZ_DISABLE_PANGO=1, every mathml thing will go well just like
rendered by firefox, 
and mathml things go wrong without setting MOZ_DISABLE_PANGO,
it may caused by the upstream or not, please give an advice.
