Summary: Rhythmbox can't play mp3 VBR files.
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: rhythmbox
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: tmcrodrigues at gmail.com
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

I'm running Ubuntu Breezy Badger (fully updated) and i use Rhythmbox (0.9.1, the
latest on breezy). When i try to play mp3 VBR files, Rhythmbox either complaints
it can't play them or it crashes. I'm not really sure if this is related to
Rhythmbox or Gstreamer, so if i apologize if i'm not filing the bug in the right
place.

Here's a screenshot of Rhythmbox when it tries to play the file:
http://www.trodrigues.net/screenshots/rhythmbox.jpg If i start it on the
console, i also get this message repeatdly:
(rhythmbox:2945): GStreamer-WARNING **: pushing data on non-negotiated pad
mad0:src, not allowed.
I installed all the necessary codecs as explained on the wiki
(http://help.ubuntu.com/starterguide/C/faqguide-all.html#codecs).

I searched Ubuntu's forums, bugzilla, rhythmbox-devel, i googled a lot and all i
couldn't find a thing related to this problem.
