Version: 2.8.9-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

After upgrade the libgtk2.0-0 from version 2.6.10-2 to 2.8.9-2, the
background of the menus of GTK applications are black.

When you move the mouse cursor above the menu items, the application
generates this debug messages:

(<unknown>:7661): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_window_set_back_pixmap(): pixmap
must have a colormap
(<unknown>:7661): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_window_set_back_pixmap(): pixmap
must have a colormap
(<unknown>:7661): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_window_set_back_pixmap(): pixmap
must have a colormap

The application is this case is gmplayer, but I also checked this with
Gimp and Gaim.

I found a post from Owen Taylor about this debug messages:

They say that was fixed in CVS and the email date is 15/Aug.
