I am also getting this after rebooting into a dapper system upgraded as of a few
minutes ago.

My screen looks almost exactly like the screenshot in the launchpad bug (not as
much like the one here).  I have a 15" Powerbook.

Reopening because I'm not the only one who seems to have this problem still.
