serpentine 0.6.4-0ubuntu1

Description:

     Attempting to burn a data or audio disk with nautilus-cd-burner
     fails unless run as root. Also serpentine fails to burn audio cd unless run
as root.

Steps to Reproduce:

     Insert blank cdrom.

     Open Places -> CD/DVD Creator

     Drag files from desktop to CD/DVD Creater

     Click "write to disk"

Actual Results:

     A terse error message appears "unable to write to disk"

Expected Results:

     Audio/Data disk should be written

Additional Information:

     Both apps write fine if run as root.
