Calendar - Month view prints in portrait mode even though landscape mode is
selected.  In addition, appointment text in each days block is truncated.  Print
environment is a LaserJet III networked via JetDirect, page US Letter. 
Landscape mode  of this printer works correctly in OpenOffice 2.0 writer.
