I can't remember if I filed it upstream when I found it or not. The main problem
is that the follow XML doesn't work:
<Move>
  <Old>Applications/Games</Old>
  <New>Applications/Accessories/Games</New>
</Move>
<Move>
  <Old>Applications/Accessories/Games</Old>
  <New>Applications/Games</Old>
</Move>

Any other signs of this bug all reduce down to this basic XML. There is some
(broken) code in alacarte to undo moves to get around this bug, but I'd rather
have it fixed upstream. :)
