Why are there options for things like Nibbles, Iango, Battery Status Utility and
Robots?  These programs should take care of sounds through their own
preferences.  If I wanted to change a sound for one of my games, I probably
would not look in System->Preferences.  I would look in the preferences for that
program.  What should be found in System->Preferences->Sounds should be things
like System Events and User Interface Events.
