Thanks for your bug. When you put a DVD to the drive totem should be
automatically started. Does it work? How do you mount the DVD? Could you get a
backtrace (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash) with the libc6-dbg
libglib2.0-0-dbg
http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/debug-pkgs/gnome-media/gnome-media_2.12.O-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
packages installed?
