I have one IMAP account and one Exchange account set up in Evolution.  This only happens on the Exchange account.

I have not noticed any other problems related to gconf, no... but it could be that I'm just not aware of it.  If the 
system forgetting passwords is considered one such problem, that does not happen in other applications.
