I just upgraded to the last version of "Breezy" and nothing has changed.
> These are an entirely different bugs, please file separate ones. Thanks!
Well, since both bugs appeared simultaniously I thought they belong together.
And thty actually still seem to: When I entered a static ip address (instead of
using dhcp) network settings wouldn't even remember neither DNS settings,
domainname nor the right gateway address.
Before that Breezy-update mounting my network device was no problem at all. It
used to get initialized during system startup. Now it takes about 2 minutes
within GNOME until my network device gets set up.
The exact error message is:
Error: failed to initialize HAL!
