It's no longer happening for me either.  I think the problem went away as soon
as I logged out, logged in, started Epiphany then selected Recover, but I've
also upgraded to latest Breezy (which includes a more recent version of Epiphany
and a matching version of -extensions).

There's clearly not enough information here to reproduce the problem.
