I cannot reproduce this bug. Have you tried to close cleanly epiphany and the
restart it normally ?  In your prefered applications settings, what is the exact
command line for the browser ?

Is it possible that external applications use another epiphany than your usual
launcher ?

(it's also a good idea to upgrade epiphany-extension to the same version as the
browser)
