Why do you need to reconfigure it after an update? The configuration file is an
/etc conffile and is not changed automatically. Anyway that's not a bug as
mentionned by the changelog it uses the locale now for that. The default is good
enough to simply the configuration interface, you can still edit the config file
if you want to change that.
