After more research, it would appear if one has both "Enable text wrapping" AND "Do not split 
words over two lines" enabled together, word wrap doesn't work.  If only "Enable text wrapping" is 
enabled, the characters to wrap.  However, since "Do not split words over two lines" is disabled, 
a word gets cut-off at the end of the wrap.
