  * Replace tzdata2009u.tar.gz with tzdata2010c.tar.gz: (LP: #533806)
    - Dhaka: Fix historic DST change for 2009.
    - Mexico: Northern cities now follow U.S. DST rules (timezone split)
    - Paraguay: Update DST rules (effective from March 2010)
