     volume_id/volume_id.c, volume_id_probe_all():
     - Add probing for MS-DOS partition table before probing for file systems.
       All calls to this function expect that this function may return a
       partition table.
     - This also avoids mounting the raw device as a volume when there is
       actually a partition on it. (Malone #19390)
   * Remove debian/README.Debian, it's obsolete.
