   * New patches:
     + fix_byn_ER_U131F.diff
       Daniel Yacob sent a patch to the libc-locales mailing-list, to
       update the byn_ER locale so that the 6th month name is spelled
       properly.  The correct spelling was not possible prior to the
       definition of the required character (U+131F) in Unicode 4.1.
     + update_UTF-8_unicode_4.1.diff
       Update charmaps/UTF-8 to Unicode 4.1.  The unicode/ directory
       in the source package explains how to perform such updates.

     + optimize_charsets.diff
       Update after applying update_UTF-8_unicode_4.1.diff
