* Resynchronise with Debian (done by me).
- Turn our source changes into dpatches, in line with packaging change in
Debian itself. (Can we bitch about *them* dpatching packages? :p)
- Drop our shutdown -H patch in favour of the Debian approach (requiring
shutdown -hH, which is probably "correct").
- Drop various bits of documentation changes, which either seem invalid or
merged upstream already.
- Drop most of our lsbifying as this has all been done in Debian now.
- Fix up our usplash progress bar patch for the single rc script.
