makedumpfile (1:1.6.4-2ubuntu1) cosmic; urgency=medium

  * Bump amd64 crashkernel from 384M-:128M to 512M-:196M. Other
    arches, like arm64 & ppc64el already use much higher minimum
    threshold of 2G. This needs to be revisited post release.
