vUDS Virtual Meeting Page Rework

Greetings,

I spent some time tonight working on new mock-ups for the vUDS Virtual
Meeting Page. It is a combination between the original mock-ups and
the idea of tabs brought in by daker.

The ideas that were discussed and what the mock-ups are based off of
is that the video and IRC are the most important aspects of the page,
and should always be visible. The etherpad is less important, and
therefore the space can be available for use with other things.

This being said, [1] is a mock-up to include the embedded etherpad,
[2] is a mock-up of some sort of other 'vUDS' information page. This
will include upcoming meetings, could include some 'social events'
like the info about the EOD vUDS beerfest. [3] would be a reloading
twitter feed, it could also include other social aspects for vUDS..
Jono, et al, do you have ideas on other data to put into [2] and [3]?

Please let me know your thoughts ASAP so that we can get to the
implementation of these changes.
