Logging in to the Loco Team Portal

Hey Robert,
I've had this issue before also and I believe you have to call something
like synch identities. I'm tried to look through some IRC history to see
if I can find the command it was something like
../env/bin/python manage.py synch-id
you run it from the loco-directory directory. The best place to get help,
if no one else has replied yet, is to jump on the #ubuntu-website IRC
channel. They can give you the correct command. Cjohnston and mhall119
and nigelb would be good people to ping about the issue.
