Debian connection and "xlsxwriter" package

Hi Christian,
We stopped maintaining the checkbox stack in debian (checkbox-ng got
removed from testing and unstable 2y ago).
xlsxwriter was one of our dependencies indeed and the recent uploads
were all done by the Python module Team or sponsored by them.
Checkbox is a testing tool (https://checkbox.readthedocs.io/) and was
pre-installed in Ubuntu until 18.04.
Most of the related packages were maintained in Debian but we
(Canonical) stopped when the Ubuntu phone project died.
Checkbox is still an active project but exclusively available via our
ppa or as a snap package.
The following owners should be removed from xlsxwriter imho:
Maintainer: Checkbox Developers <checkbox-devel at lists.ubuntu.com>
Uploaders: Sylvain Pineau <sylvain.pineau at canonical.com>,
Zygmunt Krynicki <zygmunt.krynicki at canonical.com>,
Is there a process I can help with to add xlsxwriter to
https://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/work_needing ?
I can't really be a DM for this one, sorry.
Best Regards,
Sylvain Pineau
