Calling binaries from other providers

Hey folks!

Let's consider three providers:

2013.com.canonical.certification::plainbox-provider-resource
2013.com.canonical.certification::plainbox-provider-snappy
2017.foo.bar::baz

Now let's suppose we package it all together in checkbox-project snap.

Today I found that units declared in p-p-s will be able to call binaries
from p-p-r/bin and vice versa, and NOT from 2017.foo.bar::baz. So from what
I've been able to test *the namespace of the provider also governs the
bin/* visibility.*

Thought I'd share and save someone's debugging.
