Oops, I did give the link in the "call for testing" email but forgot to
add it to the final one.
Here's the doc about the new feature:
I've added them to plainbox but I'll propose the same content to
checkbox since it's our main entry point to readthedoc.
The feature itself has been added mainly because of snappy where we have
to add a ton of "after suspend" jobs.
I wanted to avoid having to maintain two copies (more or less) of the
same job for plano projects.
But it's not limited to snappy and our desktop providers will also
benefit from it.
