plainbox-provider-canonical-certification split

Thanks Sylvain!

Retrospectively, I think it was a bit misleading to have a master-client
and master-server branches in the same repository. A few times, I missed
one of the two when I was greping information in the provider repositories
I had checked out locally because of this.
