Next Release of Checkbox (2016-12-12 Release Candidate) available in Testing PPA

All right! The release candidates train is going on, and today Jerry found
an issue in the initial fix for  lp:1636060
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/plainbox-provider-checkbox/+bug/1636060>.

A new version of  *plainbox-provider-resource-generic* (v0.30.0rc2) and
*plainbox-provider-checkbox* (v0.33.0rc2) have been released in the Testing
PPA.

Now, some graphics jobs should properly be filtered out when using a device
with an amdgpu discrete GPU (see the link above for more information).

Since this also has an impact on CDTS, a new release of CDTS will be
prepared (probably tomorrow).
