[Ubuntu-phone] To those who use PageHeader in their apps

Noted.
This relates closely to the story of migrating to Ubuntu Components 1.3, as
our custom-tailored progressHeader is broken while using that version.
Side note: preliminary check shows that we _can_ use 1.3 on Trusty.
